Beginning with the basic requirements and tools, our Call Center Associates form the core skills that are requisite for advancement with GEMMA. Many of the positions within GEMMA are exclusively reserved for existing employees. These include all functional areas within our business: Education, Quality Assurance, Edit, Information Technology and Operations. Positions within these departments are posted internally for each individual's review and evaluation. Our Human Resources team is on hand to answer job inquiries and questions relating to an individual's personal career path within GEMMA.
