At GEMMA Communications we believe that everyone has the power to succeed. Our Education Team is focused on ensuring that each employee is given the appropriate tools to do so.
New hire education includes orientation, basic trade concepts and procedures, detailed systems training, client-specific product knowledge, and program processes and procedures. The training environment is completely interactive with each work station simulated per the actual floor operation.
Our dedicated Education Department includes materials and courseware development, personnel and individuals who assist each new hire in successfully making the transition from training class to production. The GEMMA Education Department is devoted to continous development and improvement. Through skills enhancement training, cross training, side-by-side coaching and performance monitoring and evaluation, an associate's abiltiy to succeed is assured.
