Job Description
As a Call Center Associate, you would be responsible for contacting customers in Canada on behalf of our Fortune 500 clients, to introduce and market their products and services through our fully automated system. All of our Call Center Associates are fully trained on product knowledge, sales, and systems to equip them with the required skills needed for this position. Previous call center and sales experience is not necessary however, it is considered an asset.
